Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克上市公司 Eightco Holdings 宣布获得 1.25 亿美元新一轮融资承诺，以太坊财库公司 Bitmine 将领投 7500 万美元，ARK Invest 承诺至少投资 2500 万美元，加密平台 Kraken 的母公司 Payward 也承诺向 ORBS 投资 2500 万美元，新资金将支持其拓展业务，投资于塑造下一代人工智能、区块链基础设施和全球数字消费平台的技术，同时该公司表示将继续持有由 Sam Altman 联合创立的 Worldcoin 和以太坊，并且长期看好 ERC-20 协议。据悉，Bitmine 董事长 Tom Lee 将加入 Eightco Holdings 董事会。ARK Invest 首席未来学家 Brett Winton 将担任 ORBS 董事会顾问，Dan Ives 则将卸任 ORBS 董事长一职。（PRNewswire）
