Hut 8 发行 30 亿美元投资级债券，为谷歌关联的 AI 数据中心融资

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，比特币矿企 Hut 8 Corp 的一个项目正在发行投资级担保债券，以为其与谷歌（Alphabet Inc.）关联的数据中心建设提供资金。

该债券期限至 2042 年，初始价格指引为较基准收益率上浮约 2.13 个百分点。此前报道称，该项目计划发行至少 30 亿美元的高等级债券，用于建设位于路易斯安那州圣弗朗西斯维尔的 245 兆瓦设施。此次发行由高盛、摩根大通和摩根士丹利负责。

该 60 万平方英尺的项目将通过与云计算初创公司 Fluidstack 签订的为期 15 年、价值约 70 亿美元的租赁协议产生收入，谷歌为该租赁支付及其他义务提供财务背担保。Entergy Corp. 的子公司将根据服务协议为项目供电。

Hut 8 是一家公开交易的比特币矿企，正转型为能源和数字基础设施公司，并持有美国比特币公司（与埃里克·特朗普和小唐纳德·特朗普有关联）的控股权。
