瑞士推动央行配置比特币储备提案失败，联署签名未达公投门槛
ChainCatcher 消息，瑞士一项要求瑞士国家银行（SNB）将比特币纳入官方储备的倡议因签名数量不足而宣告失败。该倡议原计划推动修改瑞士宪法，要求 SNB 在黄金和外汇储备之外持有 BTC 储备。根据规定，倡议方需在 18 个月内收集 10 万个有效签名以触发全国公投，但最终仅完成约一半目标，因此决定放弃推进。
支持者曾将比特币描述为 “中立储备资产”，并认为其可对冲美元及欧元储备风险。目前美元和欧元资产约占 SNB 外汇储备的四分之三。不过，SNB 去年已明确反对相关提议，理由是比特币流动性与波动性不符合央行储备资产要求。
