美参议院审议数字资产法案前夕，银行业提议修改稳定币收益条款妥协方案
ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社报道，在参议院银行委员会即将审议数字资产法案前夕，银行业团体正提议对稳定币收益率的妥协方案进行最后一刻的修改，拟完全禁止稳定币发行方提供任何形式的奖励，而非此前妥协方案中允许的“用户主动使用稳定币时可获得奖励”的模式。
包括美国银行家协会在内的六个银行游说团体在信函中表示，参议员妥协方案中的例外条款将“损害存款”。加密行业对此迅速反击，Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 在 X 平台发文称，银行业提议并非“窄幅修正”，而是旨在“扼杀竞争”。此前促成妥协的参议员 Angela Alsobrooks 和 Thom Tillis 发表联合声明表示，不同意银行业的立场，强调妥协方案同样允许加密公司提供其他形式的客户奖励，最重要的是为通过 CLARITY 法案提供了两党路径。
