深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 12 日，CleanSpark 发布 2026 财年第一季度业绩报告：当季营收为 1.364 亿美元，同比下降 24.9% ；净亏损为 3.783 亿美元，去年同期为净亏损 1.388 亿美元；调整后 EBITDA 为负 2.412 亿美元。与此同时，公司表示，签约电力容量同比翻倍，其中包括 585 MW 获 ERCOT 批准的容量；比特币持仓同比增长 14% ，平均月度算力同比增长 18% 。截至 2026 年 3 月 31 日，CleanSpark 持有现金 2.603 亿美元、比特币资产 9.252 亿美元，总资产 29 亿美元。
