宏观层面，ISM 服务业价格指数升至 70.7，创两年新高，叠加能源价格波动与美联储“高利率维持更久”的政策预期，市场对“滞胀”环境的关注进一步升温。行业层面，Kraken 母公司 Payward 已向 OCC 申请国家信托牌照，行业合规化趋势日益明显。投融资方面，上周共完成 10 笔融资，总规模达 3420 万美元，重点集中于 DeFi 与基础设施赛道。其中，OpenTrade 完成 1700 万美元融资，加速机构级稳定币收益基础设施建设；OnRe 获得 500 万美元 A 轮融资， 推进 Solana 链上代币化再保险产品布局。
