Gemini 获 1 亿美元注资后盘前涨幅逾 25%，但 Q1 仍亏损 1.09 亿美元
ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，由 Winklevoss 兄弟创立的加密交易平台 Gemini 公布 2026 年第一季度财报后，股价盘前一度上涨超 25%。财报显示，公司当季营收同比增长 42% 至 5030 万美元，净亏损则同比收窄 27% 至 1.09 亿美元，但仍高于市场预期的每股亏损 0.61 美元。
报告显示，Gemini 运营支出同比增长 73% 至 1.445 亿美元，其中员工薪酬成本增长 91%，并包含约 650 万美元裁员补偿费用；销售与营销支出也同比翻倍至 1910 万美元。
公司表示，目前正通过裁员、业务收缩以及来自 Winklevoss Capital Fund 的 1 亿美元 Bitcoin 注资推动业务转型，并寻求实现盈利。
今年 2 月，Gemini 已关闭英国、欧盟及澳大利亚业务，并裁减约 25% 员工，转而聚焦美国市场及预测市场业务。4 月，公司获得美国商品期货交易委员会批准其衍生品清算机构（DCO）牌照，正式进入加密预测市场领域。受相关进展提振，公司股价近期持续反弹，目前已回升至 6.6 美元上方。
