Metaplanet 因日本市场结构挑战推迟优先股上市计划
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 14 日，Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich 表示，受日本优先股市场不成熟及交易所规则限制影响，公司推迟了拟推出的 Mars 和 Mercury 优先股上市计划。其称，日本交易所要求优先股股息需由可持续、经常性现金流支持，而 Metaplanet 仍需证明其比特币收益业务可在不同市场环境下稳定产生回报。此外，公司计划按月派息，但日本市场通常为年度或半年度派息，相关基础设施仍待完善。Metaplanet 目前持有 40,177 枚 BTC，年初至今股价下跌 25 % 。
