深潮 TechFlow 消息，4 月 16 日，据 Decrypt 报道，以太坊 NFT 与游戏项目 CyberKongz 宣布，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已结束对其的调查，未作出任何指控或执法行动。此前该项目因 BANANA 代币的使用、链游功能及 2021 年的合约迁移曾收到 Wells 通知，被 SEC 视为可能涉及证券发行。
