美国加密市场结构法案进入关键期，NYDIG 警告 6–8 月为最后立法窗口
ChainCatcher 消息，金融服务机构 NYDIG 研究主管 Greg Cipolaro 表示，美国参议院加密市场结构法案最现实的通过窗口为 6 月至 8 月初，若无法在此期间推进，可能面临中期选举后甚至更长时间的不确定性。
此前白宫加密顾问 Patrick Witt 曾提出 7 月 4 日作为理想立法时间点，但 NYDIG 认为这一目标更偏“乐观预期”，需经历委员会审议、全院表决及众议院流程等多重关卡。该法案旨在明确美国加密资产监管框架，被视为今年最关键的立法之一，但因稳定币监管、伦理条款及 DeFi 规则等分歧多次延迟。
参议院银行委员会已推进相关草案至参议院全体表决，但仍需至少 60 票通过。分析指出，若法案在选举周期前未能通过，共和党与民主党在参议院控制权变化可能进一步降低立法确定性，从而使行业继续处于“监管模糊状态”。不过一旦法案最终通过并签署生效，将为市场带来监管清晰度，特别是比特币有望被明确归类为商品，从而降低机构入场的不确定性。
