Plume 获百慕大牌照，成首家受监管链上金库管理方
ChainCatcher 消息，链上金库协议 Plume 已获百慕大金融管理局（Bermuda Monetary Authority）颁发数字资产业务牌照，成为全球首家受监管的 onchain vault manager。Plume 将与已在该监管框架下运营的 Circle、Coinbase、Kraken 同属百慕大数字资产监管体系。
