Galaxy：7名民主党参议员或成《CLARITY Act》推进关键
Odaily星球日报讯 Galaxy Digital 表示，美国参议院银行委员会中的 7 名民主党议员，或将在《CLARITY Act》推进过程中发挥关键作用。该法案将于本周四进入委员会审议阶段，若获得通过，将提交参议院全体投票。
Galaxy 将 Ruben Gallego 与 Angela Alsobrooks 列为“支持加密框架”议员，并认为 Mark Warner、Catherine Cortez Masto、Andy Kim 及 Raphael Warnock 等议员属于“可协商派”，可能在增加反洗钱及风险控制条款后支持法案。
报道指出，参议院银行委员会共 24 名成员，由 13 名共和党人与 11 名民主党人组成，法案需获得至少半数支持方可进入后续流程。Coinbase 政策负责人此前表示，《CLARITY Act》最终需获得至少 60 票及跨党派支持才能正式立法。（Cointelegraph）
