OKX 拟与韩国投资证券联合收购 Coinone 约 20% 股权
ChainCatcher 消息，据韩联社报道，韩国投资证券正与 OKX 联合推进收购 Coinone 约 20% 股权的方案，双方各拟收购约 20%，投资方式以发行新股为主。此次入股以财务投资为主，预计不涉及经营权变更。但业界也有观点认为，OKX 未来或将寻求参与经营、获取实质性影响力，届时将成为继币安收购 Gopax 之后，第二例境外大型交易所尝试掌控韩国原币交易所经营权的案例。
目前 Coinone 主要股东为：The One Group 持股 34.30%，Com2uS Holdings 持股 21.95%，创始人兼 CEO 车明勋持股 19.14%，Com2uS Plus 持股 16.47%。
