Robinhood 已提交第二支公开风投基金 RVII 申请
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 12 日，Robinhood 已提交第二支公开交易风投基金 RVII 的发行申请，距离其首支基金 RVI 上市约两个月。Robinhood 表示，RVII 的募资目标尚未确定；RVI 此前目标为 10 亿美元，实际募资规模低于该目标。资料显示，RVI 持有 OpenAI、Stripe、Databricks 和 Revolut 等 10 家私营公司的股份。Robinhood 称，这两只基金允许散户投资者通过普通券商账户购买与私营初创公司投资组合挂钩的上市份额。
