百慕大将关键支付与金融服务迁移至 Stellar，推进全链上国家经济体
ChainCatcher 消息，Stellar Development Foundation 与百慕大政府联合宣布，百慕大将把关键支付与金融服务迁移至 Stellar 网络，正式推进“全链上国家经济体”建设。
该计划依托百慕大 2018 年《数字资产业务法》监管框架，旨在将本地商户 3% - 5% 甚至更高的支付处理成本大幅降低。
根据规划，百慕大居民未来可通过 Stellar 网络数字钱包接收工资、商户付款、缴纳政府费用并持有数字资产。
政府将试点稳定币支付，金融机构可接入代币化工具，相关资产还将用于社会服务发放等政府支付场景。
