深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 15 日，据彭博社报道，Tyler Winklevoss 和 Cameron Winklevoss 通过 Winklevoss Capital Fund 向总部位于纽约的加密货币交易所 Gemini Space Station Inc. 进行 1 亿美元战略投资，认购价格为每股 14 美元 A 类普通股，对价以 比特币 支付。受此消息影响，该公司股价在盘后上涨约 15% 。截至周四收盘，其股价报 5.26 美元，过去 1 年累计跌幅超过 80% 。
Gemini 一季度净亏损收窄至 1.09 亿美元，去年同期为 1.49 亿美元；营收增长 42%至 5000 万美元，主要受信用卡等服务收入推动。CEO Tyler Winklevoss 表示，市场严重低估了 Gemini，这笔投资将助力公司从加密公司向市场公司转型。Gemini 于2025年 9 月上市，此后不久加密市场开始下行。
