卢旺达议会通过虚拟资产监管法案，未授权运营最高罚款 1 亿卢郎
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 10 日，据《新时代报》报道，卢旺达议会下院于 5月 5 日通过虚拟资产监管法案，旨在规范加密货币交易、保护投资者并维护金融体系稳定。法案规定，未经授权运营虚拟资产业务的个人将面临 3至 5 年监禁及 3000 万至 5000 万卢郎罚款，企业则最高可被处以 1 亿卢郎罚款。资本市场管理局将担任主要监管机构，与卢旺达国家银行协同执法。法案目前尚待总统签署并在官方公报上公布后方可生效，详细实施细则将于法律生效后另行制定。
