目前已有超 12 家加密公司申请美 OCC 国家信托牌照
ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，自 2025 年 12 月以来，已有超过 12 家加密和金融科技公司向美国货币监理署申请或获得了国家信托银行牌照，包括 Coinbase、Ripple、Circle、BitGo 以及摩根士丹利和富达数字资产。
Kraken 母公司 Payward 也提交了申请，拟成立 Payward National Trust Company，为机构和个人客户提供银行级加密托管和信托服务。OCC 审计长表示，新进入联邦银行领域对消费者、银行业和经济有利，OCC 将继续为传统和创新金融服务提供路径。国家信托银行牌照使公司能够在单一联邦监管下管理资产，减少对外部银行合作伙伴的依赖。但大部分公司仍处于有条件批准阶段，仅 Anchorage Digital Bank 是唯一完全运营的国家信托银行。
另一大未解决问题是美联储支付基础设施的接入权限，美联储理事表示正在探索简化账户结构，但尚未出台正式框架。
