以 Gautam Chhugani 为首的分析师指出，Circle 在 30 亿美元完全稀释估值下完成的 2.22 亿美元 ARC 代币预售为公司提供了近期缓冲，以应对储备金收入因利率走弱环比下降 11% 的压力。
