Surge 的主要核心亮点包括：
- 项目融资与链上透明：单项目可获得超过 10 万美元资金支持，预算由代币持有者批准并由审计合约执行，花费用链上公开透明；
- 长期增长机制：设立 15 个 FDV 解锁里程碑，内盘代币 90% 仅在达成里程碑时解锁，抑制早期抛售，鼓励长期建设；
- 社区驱动参与：用户可如种子轮般支持优质早期 AI 项目，随里程碑达成共同解锁价值。
