ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，法国央行副行长丹尼斯·博（Denis Beau）公开呼吁欧洲公私部门共同推动欧元代币化货币发展，以应对美元稳定币的主导地位。此举与欧洲央行行长拉加德立场形成明显分歧——拉加德对私人稳定币持警惕态度，认为 USDT、USDC 等存在金融稳定风险，并倾向于由央行主导、预计 2029 年落地的数字欧元方案。
博提出欧洲发展“三重目标”：适配央行货币服务、推动受监管机构发行泛欧元代币化私人货币、强化 MiCA 监管框架。其立场与 Qivalis 财团高度一致——该财团由 ING、BBVA、法国巴黎银行等 12 家欧洲主要银行组成，计划于今年内推出私人数字欧元。博同时透露，欧元体系将于年底前上线首个代币化批发央行货币服务。
