深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 13 日，据 Times Brasil 报道，巴西中央银行下属行政制裁程序决策委员会对 Banco Topázio 处以约 315 万美元罚款，并禁止其未来 2 年为虚拟资产交易开展场外外汇业务。监管称，Banco Topázio 在 2020 年 10 月至 2021 年 9 月期间处理约 17 亿美元相关业务时，存在客户资质审核、客户登记及反洗钱和反恐融资控制不足，且未向 Coaf 报告异常交易。巴西央行官员表示，类似限制措施未来也可能适用于其他涉足加密资产业务的机构。
