缅甸拟对暴力胁迫受害者参与加密诈骗中心的犯罪分子引入死刑
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Protos 报道，缅甸提议对使用暴力手段胁迫受害者参与加密货币诈骗中心的犯罪分子引入死刑。根据该国发布的《反网络诈骗法案》草案，对他人使用暴力、酷刑、非法逮捕和拘留或残忍待遇以迫使其实施网络诈骗的犯罪分子将被判处死刑。
该法案将于 6 月提交议会审议。此外，诈骗中心运营者或加密诈骗实施者将面临终身监禁。上个月，缅甸总统已将全部死刑减为终身监禁。
