数字资产市场基础设施提供商 Prometheum 完成首批加密交易，Gary Gensler 时期合规路径优势面临弱化
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，数字资产市场基础设施提供商 Prometheum 在成立近十年并累计融资约 1 亿美元后，已正式完成首批加密资产交易，目前仅支持以太坊交易。
Prometheum 曾因支持 Gary Gensler 时期 U.S. SEC 对加密行业的合规路径与监管立场而受到行业争议，并于 2023 年成为首家获得 U.S. SEC 与 FINRA 特殊目的经纪交易商（SPBD）牌照的公司，可在联邦监管框架下托管数字资产证券。不过，随着 Gary Gensler 离任、U.S. SEC 撤销对 Coinbase 等公司的诉讼，以及监管框架转向更宽松模式，Prometheum 长期构建的合规与托管牌照优势正在被削弱。
