加密投资人 Simon Dedic 在 X 发文称，Coinbase 收购 VECTOR 这一过程存在内幕拉盘迹象，TNSR 在大盘走弱时却两日上升约 8 倍，消息公布当天又回落约 40%，相关账户也没有掩饰痕迹。他认为看似 VECTOR 开发方 Tensor 及其代币依然独立于此次收购，并推断，Tensor 将套现一大笔未公开的款项，而 TNSR 持有人将“一无所获”，再次体现了股权和代币之间的错位。
