伊朗恐袭受害者申请法院强制 Tether 转交 3.44 亿美元冻结 USDT
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 15 日，据 The Block 报道，一批持有美国法院对伊朗恐怖主义判决的原告，于周四向纽约南区联邦法院提交动议，要求法官强制 Tether 将两个与伊斯兰革命卫队（IRGC）相关、已被 OFAC 列入制裁名单的钱包地址内共计约 3.441 亿枚 USDT 归零，并向原告指定钱包重新发行等额 USDT。
原告主张，Tether 具备技术能力且依据纽约州转交法及联邦反恐执法法规负有相应法律义务，并援引 Tether 此前已配合 FBI 扣押令及俄亥俄州案件完成代币销毁与重新发行的先例。原告所寻求执行的判决总额约达 24.2 亿美元，涵盖逾二十年间多起涉伊朗恐怖主义案件的补偿性及惩罚性赔偿。Tether 于今年 4月 24 日冻结相关钱包，与 OFAC 将其列入制裁名单同日。
