菲律宾央行警告，不要与未经授权的虚拟资产服务提供商进行交易
ChainCatcher 消息，据 BusinessWorld 报道，菲律宾央行警告公众和加密用户不要与未经授权的虚拟资产服务提供商进行交易，否则可能因欺诈、安全漏洞和运营故障等导致资金损失。
央行表示，未经授权的 VASP 还存在法律追索权缺失、消费者援助机制缺位、服务质量差、虚假宣传、私钥处理不当、网络安全事件和数据隐私问题等风险，还可能因政府针对非法运营的执法行动导致访问受限。菲律宾央行承诺将继续与证券交易委员会、国家电信委员会等部门合作，限制菲律宾用户访问未经授权的 VASP 平台，并敦促消费者保护个人信息、保持网络卫生、仅与持牌机构交易。
