CME与纽交所呼吁加强监管Hyperliquid并关注市场操纵与制裁规避风险
Odaily星球日报讯 芝加哥商品交易所集团 CME Group 与纽约证券交易所母公司 Intercontinental Exchange 据称正推动美国监管机构加强对去中心化衍生品平台 Hyperliquid 的监管审查，理由包括潜在市场操纵风险以及可能涉及制裁规避的问题。
据悉，两大传统金融市场基础设施方担忧，类似 Hyperliquid 的链上永续合约平台在缺乏统一监管框架的情况下，可能对现有衍生品市场结构构成冲击，并带来跨境合规挑战。目前相关讨论仍处于早期阶段，但已引发市场对“链上衍生品是否应纳入传统监管体系”的进一步关注。
