FocusAI 正洽谈收购韩国加密交易所 Flybit
ChainCatcher 消息，据 BizWatch 报道，釜山数字资产交易所的最大股东 FocusAI 正在寻求收购同为韩国加密货币交易所的 Flybit。据悉，两家公司已就交易细节进行最后阶段的讨论，其中包括出售 Flybit 首席执行官兼最大股东 Kim Seok-jin 所持股份。Flybit 于 2021 年注册为虚拟资产服务提供商，但因未能与银行建立所需实名账户合作关系，随后退出了韩元计价市场。
