Hyperliquid政策中心回应彭博社报道：链上永续市场更透明高效，呼吁纳入监管框架
Odaily星球日报讯 Hyperliquid Policy Center 在 X 平台发文表示，彭博社报道部分传统交易所对 Hyperliquid 永续合约市场完整性与影响力的担忧，这些质疑“缺乏依据”，Hyperliquid 通过完全链上记录实现市场透明化，每一笔交易均实时公开，可追溯且不可篡改，从机制上显著降低内幕交易与价格操纵空间，并有助于监管机构与执法部门进行监测、识别与调查。
同时，Hyperliquid 强调其 24/7 全天候交易机制显著提升市场效率，使价格能够在传统交易所休市期间持续反映信息变化，减少因交易时段割裂造成的价格跳空与流动性断层，从而优化整体价格发现功能。
对于监管问题，Hyperliquid 指出，美国现行法律体系尚未完全适配基于公链的衍生品市场结构，但其表示欢迎并期待与华盛顿政策制定者合作，将链上市场逐步纳入监管框架之内。
