Neo两大创始人分歧再起，张铮文质疑存在公款挪用
BlockBeats 消息，3 月 3 日，Neo 基金会发布 2025 财年财务报告后，两大创始人张铮文（Erik Zhang）与达鸿飞（Da Hongfei）再度出现观点分歧。针对财报达鸿飞表示，「在过去的 12 年里，我们经历了市场周期、结构转型和监管变化，并持续不断演进。报告清晰展示了我们的现状和未来方向。展望未来，清晰和执行是突破的关键。」
张铮文则对财报发表质疑，「我只看到贡献者 Ricardo Prado 披露的 Neo 资产地址，但没有任何非 Neo 资产的地址被披露，财务报告中的单个报表无法被核实。此外必须严肃指出，非名义数字的资产规模 Neo 基金会超过极为异常。为什么 Neo 基金会的外部投资最终收入流向了私营公司 NGD？这是公然的财务挪用公款。」
