ChainCatcher 消息，据 CNBC 报道，SpaceX 计划最快于下周公开其 IPO 招股说明书，目标于 6 月 8 日启动全球路演，正式向投资者推介此次交易。该公司已于今年 4 月秘密递交 IPO 申请。此次 IPO 有望成为史上规模最大的一次。今年 2 月，SpaceX 与马斯克旗下人工智能公司 xAI 完成合并，合并后实体估值达 1.25 万亿美元。据报道，公司目标上市融资规模约为 700 亿至 750 亿美元，远超沙特阿美 2019 年创下的纪录逾一倍。SpaceX IPO 估值预期已从 1.75 万亿美元突破至 2 万亿美元。按照规定，招股说明书须于路演开始前至少 15 个自然日公开，但 SpaceX 及其顾问希望稍早披露，以便投资者有更多时间消化财务数据。由于此次股票销售规模前所未有，SpaceX 顾问团队正在寻求特殊销售渠道，特别是针对美国以外、倾向于长期持有的散户投资者，包括与英国、日本和加拿大等国经纪商接触，为其客户争取配售份额。受此消息影响，Redwire、AST SpaceMobile、Rocket Lab 等卫星及太空概念股 14 日分别大涨 22.08%、10.96%、6.77%。
