香港高等法院冻结太子集团陈志等人 89.38 亿港元资产
ChainCatcher 消息，香港高等法院 5 月批准律政司申请，向涉嫌在柬埔寨经营诈骗园区的太子集团创办人陈志等 42 人及公司发出限制令，冻结合共 89.38 亿港元资产。被冻结资产涵盖银行及证券账户存款、股票与物业。其中陈志个人在港资产逾 63.6 亿港元。协助其管理资产的周芸总资产超 20 亿港元，其名下个人账户持有等值 1,592 万港元的港元、欧元及比特币。此外，太子集团相关人员胡小伟及李添分别有约 4 亿港元和 1.72 亿港元资产被冻结。法庭将于 8 月 3 日再次开庭决定是否延续限制令。
