美参议员 Warren 敦促 SEC 调查特朗普家族加密项目 WLF
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 17 日，美国参议院银行、住房和城市事务委员会资深议员 Elizabeth Warren 已正式致函美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Paul Atkins，敦促该机构对特朗普（Trump）家族旗下的加密货币公司 World Liberty Financial, Inc. (WLF) 展开调查，以查明其是否涉嫌误导投资者或违反相关证券法。
信件披露，今年 4 月初，WLF 通过去中心化借贷协议 Dolomite，将其发行的约 4.4 亿美元 WLFI 代币作为抵押，借入 7500 万美元资产（含 6540 万美元 USD1 稳定币及 1030 万美元 USDC）。此举导致 WLFI 价格暴跌 10% 创下历史新低，并引发 Dolomite 平台出现严重的流动性受限问题。此外，WLF 随后公布的代币解锁计划（强制要求早期投资者至少两年内不得出售持仓），进一步引发了投资者的强烈抗议。
Warren 在信中强调：“证券反欺诈保护条款适用于所有证券交易，不应受限于技术形式或行为人的政治背景。”目前，Warren 已要求 SEC 需在 2026 年 5 月 26 日前就此调查诉求作出官方回应。
