波兰众议院三度尝试后通过修订版加密货币法案
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 17 日，波兰议员于 5 月 15 日（周五）在众议院第 57 次会议上，以 241 票赞成、200 票反对的结果，通过了政府支持的加密资产市场法案（第 2529 号）。
该法案旨在将波兰加密货币市场正式纳入欧盟《加密资产市场监管条例》（MiCA）框架。此前，总统卡罗尔·纳沃茨基已两次否决该法案的早期版本。
根据法案，波兰金融监管局（KNF）将获得监督市场参与者、实施行政处罚、以及暂时冻结账户和交易的明确权力。该法案目前已送交参议院审议，总统仍有可能再次行使否决权。
