IOTA 宣布肯尼亚、摩洛哥和尼日利亚成为首批实施 ADAPT 计划国家
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 19 日，根据官方消息，区块链底层协议项目 IOTA 宣布肯尼亚、摩洛哥和尼日利亚成为首批实施 ADAPT 计划的国家。三个入选国家经过严格的遴选程序，评估了其政治承诺、监管准备情况、数字基础设施成熟度和私营部门参与度。
作为非洲贸易数字接入和公共基础设施倡议，ADAPT 计划于 2025 年 11 月启动，由非洲大陆自由贸易区（AfCFTA）秘书处牵头、托尼·布莱尔全球变革研究所、世界经济论坛和 IOTA 基金会合作开发，旨在为非洲内部贸易构建共享的数字基础设施，涵盖数字身份、跨境数据交换和支付互操作性等。
ADAPT 的实施意味着 IOTA 正着手构建数字贸易的具体基础架构，包括建立 ADAPT 国家实施论坛、整合数字身份系统和支付渠道，以及使国家基础设施与洲际互操作性标准接轨，这些标准基于 TWIN，即支撑 ADAPT 的开放式数字贸易基础设施。
目前，ADAPT 计划的重点是实现实时跨境数据交换，并在源头实现贸易单据数字化，用经过验证、防篡改的数字记录取代纸质流程。此外，三个国家还将开始测试数字货币（包括稳定币）的监管框架，为更快、更便宜的跨境结算奠定基础。
