稳定币公司 Boundary 将推出可验证机构级稳定币 USBD
ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，由 Galaxy Digital 旗下 Galaxy Ventures 领投的稳定币初创公司 Boundary Labs 宣布，正筹备推出面向机构的稳定币 USBD，并完成 200 万美元种子前融资。
据介绍，该轮融资还吸引 First Block Capital 与 BlackWood 等机构参与。Boundary Labs 由前 Deutsche Bank 及 Digital Currency Group 高管 Matthew Mezger 创立。USBD 将部署在以太坊网络，主打“可验证稳定币”概念，通过链上持续验证储备金、净资产价值（NAV）及协议运行状态，试图减少传统稳定币对链下审计与信任机制的依赖。
项目方表示，USBD 采用超额抵押与对冲策略设计，以降低市场波动风险，并将稳定币基础设施从“信任驱动”转向“可验证金融系统”。此外，Boundary 还计划推出质押代币 sUSBD，用于在 Delta 中性 DeFi 策略下分配协议收益，但 USBD 本身不提供收益功能。
团队表示，该协议主要面向资产管理机构、对冲基金及家族办公室，并计划在 2026 年初夏正式上线主网。
