#AprilETFTripleInflow Arbitrum just froze 30,000 ETH from the Kelp DAO hack to compensate victims, and now the law firm Gerstein Harrow is jumping in to demand a freeze to pay off debts from lawsuits against North Korea from way back. Absolutely ridiculous! Victims' money from the 2026 hack is being used to pay off the hackers' debts. If this precedent succeeds, all the on-chain efforts to save the money will be wasted. Those holding Kelp or ETH on the Arbitrum system should be cautious; this is going to be extremely serious!
