AI Financial 否认"WLFI 国库公司"定位，但 SEC 文件显示 WLFI 仍主导其财务
深潮 TechFlow 消息，5 月 21 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，AI Financial（前身为 Alt5 Sigma）对外强调，公司正在构建涵盖金融科技、代币化及数字基础设施的综合业务平台，并非单纯的 WLFI 国库公司。公司旗下运营加密支付平台 ALT5 Pay 及场外交易平台 ALT5 Prime，并已宣布收购代币化基础设施公司 Block Street。
然而，其最新 SEC 文件显示，公司持有 72.8 亿枚 WLFI 代币，截至一季度末价值约 7.064 亿美元，较约 14.6 亿美元的购入成本大幅缩水，而其金融科技业务单季营收仅 470 万美元。公司同时警告，持续亏损及 550 万美元的运营资本赤字令其持续经营能力存在"重大疑虑"，且 WLFI 代币因合同限制无法变现，当前现金仅余 1050 万美元。
