TD Cowen看好STRC融资推动BTC收益率提升并上调Strategy目标价
Odaily星球日报讯 投行 TD Cowen 周四将 Strategy （MSTR）目标价由 385 美元上调至 395 美元，认为公司加大 STRC 永续优先股发行力度后，其比特币积累策略的资本效率被市场低估。分析师 Lance Vitanza 与 Jonnathan Navarrete 表示，新目标价较 Strategy 周三 186.82 美元收盘价仍有逾 110%的上涨空间。
分析指出，Strategy 正逐步减少普通股融资，转而更多依赖收益率达 11.5%的 STRC 永续优先股为比特币购买提供资金。STRC 也是 Michael Saylor “42/42 计划”的核心组成部分，该计划拟在三年内通过股权及固定收益工具分别筹集 420 亿美元。
TD Cowen 认为，市场低估了 STRC 结构对“BTC Yield”的提升作用。该指标用于衡量公司在完全摊薄基础上，每股对应比特币持仓的增长效率。报告将 Strategy 2026 财年 BTC Yield 预期由 16.7%上调至 18.2%，2027 年则由 5.4%上调至 9.6%。此外，分析师认为，市场对于 Strategy“永续稀释机器”的担忧被夸大。目前公司每年约 15 亿美元的优先股股息支出，仅相当于其 818,334 枚 BTC 储备价值的约 2.2%。
TD Cowen 基本情景预计，比特币将在 2026 年底达到 14 万美元；乐观情景则预期 BTC 升至 17.5 万美元，同时 Strategy 季度比特币购买规模有望超过 50 亿美元。（The Block）
