ELP Expansion to Event Contract and ELP Taker Restriction

Effective date: May 11, 2026
OKX will be making the following change to its API on the date above:
- Event Contract (EVENTS) instruments will now support ELP functionality (maker side), while ELP taker access will be disabled for EVENTS. Orders with isElpTakerAccess: true for EVENTS instruments will be rejected.
The change affects: - POST / Place order
- POST / Place multiple orders
- WS / Place order
- WS / Place multiple orders
