Terms and Conditions — OKX Card x TradingView Rebate Campaign
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the OKX Card x TradingView Rebate Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the OKX Terms of Service and the OKX Card Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Overview
1.1. The Campaign is a limited-time promotional offer provided by OKX, in which eligible participants receive an automatic rebate in USDG when using their OKX Card to pay for TradingView subscription services. This rebate is separate from and in addition to the standard OKX Card cashback (2–5%).
1.2. The Campaign runs from May 11, 2026 to July 31, 2026 (“Campaign Period”), unless terminated earlier or extended at OKX’s sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
(a) Are located in Brazil;
(b) Hold a verified OKX account in good standing;
(c) Have an active OKX Card at the time of the qualifying transaction.
2.2. Both new and existing OKX Card users are eligible to participate, subject to the monthly transaction cap described in Section 4.
2.3. OKX reserves the right to determine participant eligibility at its sole discretion and may disqualify any participant who does not meet the above requirements.
3. Rebate Details
3.1. Each eligible participant may earn a rebate on one (1) qualifying TradingView subscription payment per calendar month. The rebate amount equals the actual transaction amount of the first qualifying payment, up to a maximum of 15 USDG per month.
3.2. The rebate benefit is valid for a maximum of 3 consecutive months from the date the participant’s eligibility is activated.
3.3. The rebate is credited automatically in USDG to the participant’s OKX account at the end of each calendar month. No manual claim is required.
3.4. Only payments made directly to TradingView that are successfully processed through the OKX Card will qualify. Payments made via third-party processors, gift cards, or other indirect methods are excluded.
3.5. Both monthly and annual TradingView subscription payments are eligible. Only the first qualifying TradingView transaction per user per month will earn a rebate. If a participant makes multiple TradingView payments in the same month, only the first transaction qualifies, and the rebate will equal the actual amount of that transaction (up to 15 USDG).
3.6. The rebate under this Campaign is separate from and in addition to the standard OKX Card cashback (2–5%). Qualifying TradingView transactions will earn both the standard cashback (processed per the usual OKX Card cashback schedule) and the Campaign rebate (credited at the end of the month). These are independent benefits and should not be confused with one another.
4. Campaign Limits
4.1. The Campaign is limited to the first 1,500 qualifying TradingView transactions per calendar month across all participants.
4.2. Once the monthly transaction cap is reached, no further rebates will be issued for that month. The cap resets at the beginning of each calendar month during the Campaign Period.
4.3. The maximum aggregate rebate exposure for the Campaign is 67,500 USDG.
4.4. Each participant is limited to one (1) rebate credit per calendar month. Only the first qualifying TradingView transaction in a given month is eligible.
5. Refunds and Reversals
5.1. If a qualifying TradingView payment is subsequently refunded, cancelled, or charged back, OKX reserves the right to reverse the corresponding rebate amount from the participant’s account.
5.2. If a reversal results in a negative USDG balance, OKX may recover the amount from other available balances in the participant’s OKX account.
6. Fraud and Abuse
6.1. OKX reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any participant suspected of engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior in connection with this Campaign.
6.2. Such actions may include, without limitation: disqualification from the Campaign, reversal of rebate credits, suspension or termination of the participant’s OKX account, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
6.3. Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to receive additional rebates, making transactions solely for the purpose of earning rebates with the intent to reverse or cancel them, or using automated tools to generate qualifying transactions.
7. Modification and Termination
7.1. OKX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
7.2. In the event of modification or early termination, OKX will make reasonable efforts to notify participants through the OKX app or official communication channels.
7.3. Rebates earned prior to any modification or termination will be honored, provided the underlying transactions remain valid and are not subject to reversal.
8. Liability
8.1. OKX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a participant’s inability to use the OKX Card, TradingView service interruptions, payment processing failures, or any other circumstances beyond OKX’s reasonable control.
8.2. This Campaign is provided on an “as is” basis. OKX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Campaign, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.3. TradingView is an independent third party. OKX is not responsible for TradingView’s products, services, pricing, availability, or any changes to TradingView subscription plans.
9. Privacy and Data
9.1. Participation in this Campaign is subject to OKX’s Privacy Policy. Transaction data may be used to verify eligibility, process rebates, and detect fraud or abuse.
9.2. OKX will not share personal data with TradingView for the purposes of this Campaign beyond what is necessary for payment processing.
10. General Provisions
10.1. These Terms are supplementary to the OKX Terms of Service and the OKX Card Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Campaign-specific Terms shall prevail with respect to the Campaign.
10.2. OKX’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
10.3. Failure by OKX to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10.4. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
